Net Lease Advisory Firms Consolidate Under SURMOUNT Brand

Net lease advisory firms NNN Pro, STNL Advisors and United Global Development Co are consolidating under a newly launched company and brand, SURMOUNT, to offer real estate investors comprehensive brokerage, sale-leaseback, lease advisory, development, capital markets and principal investing services globally. The new firm is headquartered in Midtown Manhattan.

Twenty-five-year commercial real estate industry veteran Glen Kunofsky, founder and CEO of NNN Pro and STNL Advisors, serves as CEO of SURMOUNT. Nicoletti DePaul serves as the company’s COO.

“This is a significant milestone in our company’s evolution and a culmination of more than 25 years of strategic growth and commitment to serving our clients,” said Kunofsky. “With the official launch of SURMOUNT as one consolidated brand, we are reinventing what it means to be a commercial real estate advisor and partner – not just a brokerage, but a fully-integrated real estate platform tailored for today’s investor landscape.”
