Neptune/Sixth Adds Tenants to Coney Island MXU

Cammeby’s has signed several new tenants at 626 Sheepshead Bay Rd., a 161,000-square-foot commercial and retail building that’s part of the larger Neptune/Sixth development in Coney Island. New office tenants at 626 Sheepshead Bay include the corporate headquarters of Grand Market International, National Financial Network, Revona Properties, Unique Pain Management and US Olimp.

Additionally, construction has commenced on a new U.S. Postal Service location within the building’s retail base, which is anchored by neighborhood department store DII, and is home to local retailers I & M Liquor, Krupa Card Store and Danny’s Café.

In addition to 626 Sheepshead Bay, Neptune/Sixth comprises 532 Neptune Ave., a recently completed, 100,000-square-foot retail mall.

“As a diverse collection of companies and retailers bring their business to Coney Island and Brighton Beach, the historically underserved South Brooklyn community is bucking national trends with bullish performance,”said a Cammeby’s representative.
