NEMA Chicago Rental Tower Listed for Sale

Crescent Heights, a Miami-based real estate firm, has hired CBRE to market NEMA Chicago, a luxury South Loop rental building. Delivered in 2019, the 76-story, 800-unit property features 71,000 square feet of state-of-the-art amenities and finishes.

CBRE brokers John Jaeger, Brandon McMenomy, Steve Ward and Justin Puppi are marketing the apartment tower located at 1210 S. Indiana Avenue, according to Crain’s. Built by Crescent Heights, NEMA Chicago is the tallest building in the South Loop and one of the tallest in the city.

The Florida firm has been actively investing throughout Chicago, including a new 1.7-acre development site in Fulton Market. Earlier this year, the firm also purchased the North Water Apartments, a 398-unit property at 340 E. North Water Street for $173 million. At the time, it was the highest price paid for a Chicago residential building in almost two years.
