Nelson Team Markets Harlem Retail

The Tri-State Investment Sales Group for Avison Young is marketing 324 W. 125th St., a 32,247-square foot retail building in Harlem. The asking price is $40,500,000.

An Avison Young team led by Tri-State Investment Sales head James Nelson, managing director Jonathan Hipp, SVP Richard Murphy, director Brent Glodowski and senior associates Angela Mulder and Alexandra Marolda are marketing the property on behalf of ownership.

The two-story building is currently occupied by CVS on the ground floor and Zwanger-Pesiri Radiology on the second floor.

“This is a unique opportunity to acquire a retail property in a fantastic location with under market rents and is in close proximity to several retail corridors as well as key city landmarks including the Apollo Theatre and Columbia University,” said Nelson. “The property is a testament to the area’s increasing desirability, making this a uniquely-positioned asset.”
