Nearly 47K SF Signed at Shelton, CT’s Armstrong Corporate Park

A pair of leases totaling 46,910 square feet were signed at two properties within Armstrong Corporate Park in Shelton, CT. Lanxess, a leading specialty chemicals company, leased 28,962 square feet at 2 Armstrong Rd., and Barrington Media Group leased 17,948 square feet at 4 Armstrong Rd.

CBRE’s Tom Pajolek represented Lanxess, while Barrington’s deal was direct with the landlord. Cushman & Wakefield’s Michael Dillon and Kevin Foley advised the landlord, Rugby Realty.

Foley says, “Each of these newly-renovated, modern spaces with their flexible, open layouts were an ideal fit for both new tenants. Additionally, the property’s location and accessibility to highways and retail make them both very attractive opportunities.”

Building lobbies and common areas have been renovated with modern contemporary design and finishes. Both also enjoy shared conference and lounge facilities. The property is near Route 8, Exit 11 and the Merritt Parkway, and is close to hotels, retail centers and restaurants.
