Nearly 400K-SF MXU Office, Industrial Development Underway in Glendale

Phoenix-based Creation commenced development on Northern 101 Commerce Center, a 388,621 square-foot industrial and office space on a nearly 30-acre site at 7860 N. 106th Ave. in Glendale. The project includes four state-of-the-art buildings with best-of-market clear height, parking ratio and loading area dimensions complete with modern features.

LGE Design Group designed the project located just west of the Loop 101. Completion is scheduled for Q1 2021.

LGE Design Build’s David Sellers says, “As the Glendale industrial market continues to boom, many of the already-standing spaces are functional, but LGE sought to bring modern design to the area in addition to seamless functionality. Northern 101 Commerce Center is built with e-commerce and distribution at the forefront, while LGE Design Group’s masterful design creates an eye-catching first impression for future tenants.”
