Nearly 30 Acres in Temecula to Become Much-Needed Housing
A 27.86-acre residential land parcel recently sold in Temecula for an undisclosed price. Meritage Homes acquired the property with plans to develop Heirloom Farms, a new housing community comprised of 321 homes and neighborhood amenities.
Ciara Trujillo of Colliers’ San Diego land team represented the seller, Harveston–SAB North LLC. Meritage Homes was self-represented.
“With this acquisition, Meritage Homes plans to deliver exciting new housing opportunities on one of the last remaining undeveloped land parcels within the city of Temecula. The project will provide much-needed housing in an ideal location in Temecula,” said Trujillo.
Heirloom Farms will feature townhomes and single-family motor court homes in addition to ample greenspace, kid’s play areas and dog run, and other amenities. The property is located west of Ynez Road, north of Date Street and east of Temecula Center Drive in South Riverside County.
