Nearly 100,000 Square Foot Sugar Land Self-Storage Facility Changes Hands

Imperial Self Storage, a three-level building totaling 95,963 square feet was sold to OB Companies/My Place Self Storage. JLL marketed the property on behalf of the seller, SurePoint Self Storage.

Managed by CubeSmart, the facility features climate-controlled units, motion-detector LED lighting, surveillance cameras, keypad entry and on-site management. The property is comprised of 472 spaces with rates varying from $10-$425 a month, depending on the size of the unit.

Located at 15025 Voss Rd., Imperial has visibility at the intersection of Voss road and Highway 6.
