Navar and Container Store Partner to Enhance E-Commerce Experience
Post-purchase engagement provider, Narvar, and The Container Store Group Inc. have partnered to enhance the e-commerce experience for customers across all touchpoints in the buying journey. The Container Store will enhance its brand experience to encompass order tracking and notifications this summer and introduce a self-service online returns process later this year.

Narvar’s platform helps retailers simplify the post-purchase experience for consumers and instill confidence in e-commerce interactions at every touchpoint with branded order tracking, proactive updates and online returns management. By extending the brand experience through the critical period between when a consumer clicks the buy button to package receipt, the retailer builds a stronger customer relationship, resulting in a higher level of trust, repeat visits and brand loyalty.
