Nauset Construction Completes MXU Project in Central Square

Nauset Construction has completed Ten Essex, a 46-unit mixed-use development in Boston’s Central Square. The six-story project also includes 3,000 square feet of retail space. The developer of the project is 3MJ Realty.

Located at the corner of Mass. Ave. and Essex St., Ten Essex is nearby Harvard University, MIT, Harvard Square, Kendall Square and Downtown Boston. The project also includes a below-grade parking garage with bicycle parking. The development was designed by Golden Architects of Quincy, Perkins Eastman and Mark Boyes-Watson Architects.

“Ten Essex Street fits in beautifully with the personality and vibe being created in the reenergized Central Square neighborhood, where residents will truly be living at the intersection of work and play,” said Morris M. Naggar, principal of 3MJ Realty. “In addition to easy access to multiple transportation modes and a green living experience, Central Square is fast becoming one of the primary restaurant and entertainment destinations in the region.”
