Nauset Construction Completes 167K-SF MXU Project in Belmont

Nauset Construction has announced the completion of The Bradford, a 167,000-square-foot, 112-unit mixed-use project in Belmont, MASS. which also features 38,000 square feet of retail and public open space.

Located at 525 Common St., the three-building complex was developed by Toll Brothers Apartment Living, a subsidiary of Toll Brothers Inc. The project is nearby the Waverly Station Commuter Rail and directly on the MBTA 73 Bus Route to Harvard Square. The residential portion of the project consists of nine studio, 47 one-bedroom and 56 two-bedroom units. Amenities include a rooftop deck with a fire pit area and grills as well as a private sundeck with lounge seating and fire pits.
