Nauset Completes Boston Office Building Fit Outs 

Nauset Construction has completed the interior fit-outs for two tenants at 10 Winthrop Square in Boston. The historic building, now called ’10W,’ has been transformed into an office and retail destination.  

Nauset converted the 2nd and 3rd-floor spaces into Class A office suites. The suites feature a central workspace surrounded by glass-door offices. The original architectural elements such as ceiling beams, exposed brick, and cast-iron columns were restored. 

“As tenants downsize their office footprints, they are also striving to provide a more enticing work environment for employees returning from remote work,” said Marcel Safar, Esq., founding principal of Chevron Partners, the Boston-based developer who collaborated with Nauset in the development.
