Fort Lauderdale-based commercial real estate firm Native Realty has launched Native Management, a new property management company. The new company will allow Native Realty to operate as a full-service, vertically integrated company.

Native Realty CEO Jaime Sturgis has partnered with industry veteran Carlos Saez, who will join as COO. Saez brings substantial property management experience to the company. Prior to joining Native Management, Saez served as COO at PropertyForce.

Native Management utilizes proprietary technology to provide a one-stop digital platform accessible to owners and tenants 24 hours a day. Its centralized platform includes all property details, income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements available at the click of a button. The technology dramatically streamlines rent collections, maintenance coordination, property accounting and vendor management.
