Native Realty Arranges $2M Sale of Development Site in Fort Lauderdale

Fort Lauderdale-based commercial real estate firm Native Realty has arranged the $2.4 million sale of the Fourth Avenue Church of God in Fort Lauderdale.

The church includes two buildings at 1219 and 1239 NE Fourth Ave. and totals 19,229 square feet. The church plans to relocate following the sale.

Jaime Sturgis of Native Realty represented the buyer, Eduardo Pelaez’s Wellmeaning Investments, in the transaction. The firm plans to embark on a substantial adaptive re-use of the property, which will include a mixed-use destination with a food hall as well as additional retail and entertainment uses.
