Nationwide Realty Investors Unveils Renovation of Columbus Mixed-Use Project

Nationwide Realty Investors announced a major renovation of the 18-story tower at 280 High, formerly known as Two Nationwide Plaza, in downtown Columbus.

The building will be renamed The Centennial on High. “We are honored to mark Nationwide’s 100th anniversary with this transformative project that blends legacy with exciting new momentum for downtown Columbus,” said Nationwide CEO Kirt Walker.

The Centennial on High renovation will reposition the building as a mixed-use destination, blending residential living with office space. The redevelopment plans call for 148 upscale residences across 15 floors, including a newly created penthouse level.

The project will also preserve and enhance the building’s office component with approximately 75,000 square feet of office space. Anchor tenants include Carpenter Lipps LLP and the Ohio Farm Bureau. “Columbus continues to see strong demand for high-quality downtown residential in the best locations, and this project allows us to respond in a meaningful way,” said Nationwide Realty Investors President Brian J. Ellis.
