Nationwide Life Insurance Company Refis Shopping Center in Staten Island for $22M

Nationwide Life Insurance Company has provided a $22 million refinancing for Village Greens Shopping Center in Staten Island, New York. Robert Delitsky and Dylan Hamer of Northmarq’s New York debt/equity office have helped secure the permanent-fixed rate loan.

“Nationwide Life Insurance Company showed strong interest in this deal from the start, based on the strong sales and excellent tenant mix in the center,” said Delitsky. “They were able to meet the borrower’s loan request with competitive terms.”

Located at 230-262 Arden Ave, the 75,697 square feet retail shopping center is anchored by Key Food Supermarket, CVS Pharmacy, and JP Morgan Chase Bank, and is situated in the Arden Heights neighborhood.
