Nation’s Third Bo Jackson Sports Facility Breaks Ground

A ceremonial groundbreaking was held recently on the Bo Jackson Elite Sports Facility (BJES) being constructed at Grand Avenue and County Line Road in Bensenville, IL. The event celebrated the official start of construction on the 114,140-square-foot indoor sports training center. Darwin Realty’s Jeffrey Provenza was the sole broker in the transaction.

This will be the third BJES facility in the U.S., and the second in Illinois. Construction is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2019.

The facility is designed to accommodate training for turf sports like baseball, soccer, football, and lacrosse. It will also include a track, a weight room and a climbing wall.

“The owners of the property are very happy to have Bo Jackson Elite Sports as a long-term tenant on the site,” said Provenza. “The stellar reputation and future long-term success of BJES will have an enormous positive impact on the surrounding Bensenville community.”
