National Ramp Signs Lease with LEG to Remain in Rockland County

Lincoln Equities Group (LEG) signed a 109,450-square-foot, long-term lease with National Ramp, an industry leader in residential and commercial ramping, at its Lincoln Logistics Rockland distribution center in Valley Cottage, NY. The lease aligns with National Ramp’s goals of maintaining its footprint within the Rockland County market, establishing modern space and upsizing to form a corporate headquarters.

“This lease is indicative of the flight to quality and the strong demand that exists for modern, strategically located distribution spaces tailored to today’s logistics challenges,” said Lance Bergstein, CEO of LEG. “With state-of-the-art design and prime connectivity, LEG’s facilities continue to attract businesses looking to streamline operations and support long-term growth.”

James Panczykowski of JLL facilitated the transaction and represented ownership. With this lease, 110,550 square feet of space is available at Lincoln Logistics Rockland, located less than five miles from two major highways—Interstate 287 and the Palisades Interstate Parkway—and within 45 miles of three major airports as well as the Port of Newark/Elizabeth.
