National Property Planning 1.1M-SF Katy Industrial Park

National Property Holdings plans to develop Katy Prairie Business Park, a 1,083,420-square-foot industrial project in Katy, Texas.

CBRE’s Faron Wiley, Billy Gold, Charles Herold and Jett Bush have been selected to market the project for lease.

The Class A project will include two buildings: Phase I, totaling 402,480 square feet, and Phase II, totaling 680,940 square feet. The company developed a Domino’s warehouse across the street (photo)

A key differentiator for Katy Prairie Business Park is its favorable tax environment, including potential tax abatement opportunities in Waller County and competitive property tax rates that may help reduce long-term operating costs.

Located at 500 and 700 Igloo Road, Katy Prairie Business Park has visibility along the Katy Freeway, one of Houston’s most heavily traveled corridors, offering exceptional exposure and access.

Nearby users include major consumer goods companies, large-scale manufacturing operations, solar energy and emerging technology companies.
