National Land Realty Expands to Colorado
National Land Realty, a land sales and investment company, has merged with D-Brands Realty in Cheyenne, CO. The merger helps the Greenville, SC-based land investment company expand to Colorado.
“When most people think of Colorado, they think of the Rockies, but the eastern part of the state has some of our country’s best values for farms and ranches—fertile land at a great price,” said Devin Dickey, D-Brands’ employing broker.
According to Aaron Graham, National Land Realty’s president, Dickey’s deep roots and relationships in eastern Colorado and Kansas were an attractive factor in the merger. The company currently has operations in 16 states.
