National Development Trades Charlestown Parking Garage

Colliers facilitated the exclusive sale of the Nautica Parking Garage, a 297-space structured parking facility at 88 Constitution Rd. in Boston’s Charlestown neighborhood. The property was sold for $12,850,000 to a partnership of Sunrise Capital Investors and Parking Advisors. A Colliers team of Frank Petz, Matthew Sherry, Rob Schlesinger, Daniel Hincks, and Joe Gaziano represented the seller, National Development.

Positioned at the entrance to the Charlestown Navy Yard, the Nautica Parking Garage benefits from its premier location within one of Boston’s most historically significant and highly trafficked neighborhoods.

Colliers executed a comprehensive marketing process targeting both local investors and national parking aggregators, generating significant interest and multiple rounds of competitive bidding. Parking Advisors, a national parking operator based in Chicago, ultimately secured the acquisition in partnership with Sunrise Capital Investors, recognizing the asset’s strong operating fundamentals and long-term demand drivers within the Boston market.
