National Development Names Director of Asset Management

National Development has appointed Maura Moffatt as SVP and director of asset management. She brings decades of experience across multiple property types to National Development, with proven leadership in asset management, portfolio optimization, and strategic operations, the company said.

Moffatt began her career as a commercial real estate lawyer at Goodwin Procter, advising a wide range of clients on acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financings. That foundation in real estate capital markets led to senior roles in asset and transaction management at both institutional and entrepreneurial organizations, including The Fidelity Real Estate Group and Synergy Investments.

“Maura’s extensive expertise in asset management combined with her strategic mindset make her an outstanding addition to our leadership team,” said Andrew Gallinaro, CIO at Newton, MA-based National Development. “Her proven ability to drive operational efficiency and enhance portfolio value aligns perfectly with our goals for growth and performance.”
