Natixis Provides $105M Refinancing for Boston Industrial Portfolio
French multinational financial services firm Natixis has provided a $104.7 million, 5-year, floating rate loan to refinance the Boston Infill Portfolio, a 687,000-square-foot industrial portfolio in Wilmington, MA.
The firm provided the financing to a joint venture between Oliver Street Capital and a global alternative investment firm. The JV acquired the portfolio in December of 2020. The portfolio is leased to over 20 tenants involved in various businesses and industries and is located just 15 miles north of downtown Boston.
Tim O’Donnell and David Douvadjian of Newmark’s Boston-based debt group arranged the financing on behalf of the JV.
