Natalie Martirosian Mason has been appointed the new SVP of Development at Capital Square. Mason brings 13 years of experience to the role, and previously oversaw the financing, construction, delivery and sale of more than 1,200 residential units while working with Tishman Speyer.

“With Natalie on board, Capital Square will continue to grow and prosper from the development business in qualified opportunity zones and elsewhere,” said Louis Rogers, founder and CEO.

Mason earned an MBA from the Wharton School, and served on the United States National Field Hockey Team, where she trained for the Beijing Olympics.

“Capital Square is growing its development business at a rapid pace,” said Mason. “I look forward to applying the many lessons learned on large West Coast developments to Capital Square’s numerous projects in the Southeast in qualified opportunity zones and other areas.”
