Nashville Yards Eyeing 800-Unit Hilton Signia Hotel

The developer of Nashville Yards, Southwest Value Partners, has been approached by Hilton executives to build an 800-bed Signia Hotel. The Nashville Business Journal reports that the hotel would join Union Station Hotel and the Grand Hyatt as offerings at Nashville Yards.

Nashville Yards, which is expected to be a $1 billion downtown development when built out, will be home to a 15-acre mixed-use campus including 3.5 million square feet of commercial office, 1,000+ residential units, 400,000+ square feet of retail, and 1,100+ hotel rooms

There are currently four Signia locations, in Atlanta, Orlando, San Jose and San Antonio. Signia by Hilton has seven hotels in development.

Signia’s flagship hotel opened in Atlanta in 2024.

The 1.15-million-square-foot Amazon Operations Center of Excellence is also in Nashville Yards.
