
Nashville Music Giants Pull Off Massive HQ Renos During Work-From-Home Pause
Following nearly two years of work-from-home, Warner Music Nashville and Warner Chappell Music Nashville have welcomed employees, artists and songwriters into renovated headquarters buildings on historic Music Row in Nashville. Together the two buildings span 52,000 square feet.
Redevelopment efforts at Warner Music Nashville, housed at 20 Music Square East, included transforming the lobby into a large-scale performance area equipped with a specialized lighting grid and advanced PA system.
Other additions include a fully outfitted, multi-purpose audio and video production studio with tracking room, isolation booths and more. The project also introducing more open, flexible space and environmental considerations.
Warner Chappell Music at 21 Music Square East underwent an entire gut-renovation and now includes 10 technologically advanced writer’s rooms top-end gear and robust acoustics, indoor stage and entertainment outlets for songwriters.
JLL Nashville, along with Turner Construction and Hastings Architecture Associates, supported the project.
