Nashville Condo/Hotel Developer Secures $130M Construction Loan
Vastland Co. inked a $130 million construction loan for a Vanderbilt University-area hotel/condo tower. Voce will rise 25 stories on Hayes Street. Peachtree Group provided the financing. The $180 million development is slated to offer 192 condo residences and 114 hotel suites. In addition to the hotel/condo rooms, another 56,000 square feet will be allocated for office space on two floors. There will be 12,000 square feet of retail on the ground level.
Condo owners can opt their units into the hotel program, allowing travelers to rent out their suites while they are not using them.
Other features of Voce Hotel and Residences include more than 40,000 square feet of amenity space, including a rooftop restaurant, lounge and pool. The tower’s other amenities include a spa, fitness center, private members’ speakeasy and club.
The Voce Hotel and Residences brand in Nashville will be the company’s first, with more on the way.
