Braxton Music City

Nashville Apartments Trade at Steep Discount

A company aligned with New Jersey investor Aaron Friedman paid $54.4 million for the Braxton Music Center apartment development at 2165 Nolensville Pike, near Geodis Park. The Nashville Business Journal reports Friedman obtained a $42 million loan from Prime Finance Partner to accompany the purchase. The seller was PassiveInvesting.com. The firm paid $77.64 million for the property in 2022.

The project has 236 apartment units across two buildings. Rents at the development range from $1,497 to $2,248 for one- or two-bedroom units. Room sizes range from 622 to 1,392 square feet.

Amenities include a recording studio, 24/7 fitness center, rooftop lounge, pool and coffee bar.
