Naperville’s Maple Court Apartments Fetch $5M

Marcus & Millichap finalized the sale of Maple Court Apartments, a 48-unit property in Naperville, IL. The property sold for $4.6 million to an unidentified investor.

Eric P. Bell, senior managing director investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, who was not disclosed.  The buyer was secured and represented by Andrean Angelov, first VP investments, and Ryan D. Engle, SVP investments, also of the Chicago Oak Brook office.

Maple Court Apartments is located at 1135 W. Ogden Ave., which Marcus & Millichap describes as a strong location with limited turnover. This is a barrier-free living property with units in high demand, according to Marcus & Millichap.
