Napali Capital Launches Hospitality Acquisition Group

Napali Capital LLC, headquartered in the Fort Worth suburb of Southlake, TX, announced the formation of Napali Hospitality Group. The new group, led by Napali Capital co-founders and managing partners Tim Black and Thomas Black, will focus on hospitality asset acquisitions. Also included on the Napali Hospitality Group management team will be Kimberly Schaefer, former CEO of Great Wolf Resorts.

The group’s first acquisition is the Holiday Inn DFW Airport Area West at 3005 Airport Fwy. in Bedford, TX, mid-way between Dallas and Fort Worth. The five-story, mid-rise, full-service hotel, acquired from Boxer Property in Houston, will be offered to investors.

Napali Capital invests in real estate properties on behalf of physician partners. The current portfolio consists of multifamily properties, according to the company website.
