NAPA Ventures LLC sold four assets from its portfolio, totaling 700 units. The Austin-area company disposed of:

• Ravenwood Apartments, 2333 Escalante Ave., Fort Worth (Buyer: Unknown)
• Oates Creek Apartments, 1805 Oates Dr., Mesquite (Buyer: 7Seas Holdings VI LLC, Plano, TX)
• Brandon Mill Apartments, 8081 Marvin D. Love Fwy., Dallas (Buyer: Polaris Real Estate Partners, San Francisco)

The company sold Westwood Apartments at 3064 Spruce Valley Lane in Dallas in July 2018. Meanwhile, NAPA is gearing up to dispose of the 650-unit Montecito Creek Apartments (11330 Amanda Lane, Dallas), and the 159-unit Pleasant Creek Apartments, 1255 W. Pleasant Run Rd., Lancaster) during Q1 2019.

“We executed our business plan and sold the assets,” said NAPA’s Glenn Gonzales. “A hot Dallas market, coupled with years of experience, has led us to great success here.”
