North American Properties and Nuveen Real Estate have broken ground on redevelopment of The Forum in Peachtree Corners

NAP and Nuveen Break Ground on Redevelopment of The Forum in Peachtree Corners

Joint venture partners North American Properties and Nuveen Real Estate held a groundbreaking ceremony to commemorate the launch of The Forum Peachtree Corners’ redevelopment.

The duo acquired the 21-year-old lifestyle center in March 2022 and has since worked on improving its software, implementing new daily processes such as pressure washing and street sweeping, increasing security and housekeeping coverage, executing a comprehensive rebrand, and rolling out the property’s first full calendar of events.

Construction will now  focus on modernizing and transforming The Forum into a true mixed-use destination through the addition of a 125-key boutique hotel, 381 multifamily units, new experiential retail and dining offerings, structured parking, and an expanded public realm. NAP will also weave its signature hospitality-driven management approach into the project, incorporating resort-level services such as concierge and valet to enhance the overall guest experience.

The value-add project will be completed in phases, beginning with the retail- and pedestrian-focused upgrades.
