NAP Acquires 104-Unit Metro Nashville Apartment Property

The Landings at Riverside Apartments

Chicago-based real estate investment firm National Apartment Partners (NAP) has acquired The Landings at Riverside Apartments, a 104-unit apartment property in Metro Nashville’s Clarksville submarket. The sales price was not disclosed.

Built in the late 1990’s, the property consists of 104 two-story townhome-style units with private roads and entrances. The community is nearby the Cumberland River, downtown Clarksville and Austin Peay University.

“The Landings at Riverside Apartments provides a unique value-add opportunity for ownership to upgrade units, add amenities and take the property to the next level,” said Brad Weiner and David Horwitch, co-founders at NAP. “Clarksville is a key rental market due to its proximity to Nashville, increasing population, diverse economy, and steady rental demand. We are excited to add The Landings at Riverside Apartments to our Southeast real estate portfolio.”
