NAIOP Maryland Unveils 2024 Board of Directors 

NAIOP Maryland, representing the state’s commercial real estate sector, has elected its leadership team for 2024. The association, part of NAIOP’s network, has over 400 members. 

Kate Jordan, Principal at Lee & Associates | Maryland, assumes the role of president, joined by Sean Doordan of St. John Properties, Inc. as president-elect and Christopher Nevin from First National Bank as treasurer. John Hermann of COPT Defense Properties continues as the immediate past president. 

“NAIOP Maryland has played an extremely significant role in the evolution of my professional career and, together with an extremely strong and diverse group of officers and board of directors, I am anxious to tackle the on-going challenges faced by the commercial real estate industry,” said Jordan. “Commercial real estate provides places for companies to operate and employees to work and is a substantial driver of and contributor to Maryland’s growing economy.
