NAIDB Secures Lease at Prologis Cranbury Business Park

NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. (NAIDB) arranged two industrial leases totaling approximately 174,000 square feet in Central and Northern New Jersey. In the larger of the two leases, Yahee Technologies Corp. committed to a 154,000-square-foot Class A warehouse at 3 Security Dr. at Prologis Cranbury Business Park within the Exit 8A submarket.

Farther north at 22-25 Riverside Dr. in Pine Brook, AER Sales LLP signed a lease for 20,700 square feet. The property is located less than a mile from Interstate 80 and also near multiple major highways, including Interstates 280 and 287, U.S. Route 46 and NJ Route 3.

Christopher Galiano, SIOR, NAIDB managing director/principal, spearheaded both leases.

“New Jersey’s industrial market continues to experience exceptional demand, driven by its strategic location, robust infrastructure and proximity to major metropolitan areas,” said Galiano. “These transactions reflect the ongoing need for high-quality industrial space to support logistics, warehousing and distribution requirements.”
