Peak Achievement Athletics Extends Lease in Exeter

Torrington Properties has signed a long-term lease extension with Peak Achievement Athletics at 100 Domain Drive in Exeter, NH, securing Bauer Hockey’s global headquarters. Peak, the parent company of Bauer Hockey, Cascade and Maverik Lacrosse, will occupy 51,630 square feet for their sports equipment brands.

“The company’s decision to keep investing in our state, attracting top-tier talent to live and work here, will be a huge boost for the New Hampshire economy,” said New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu. “Keeping this powerful economic engine right here in New Hampshire is a big win for the state!”

Torrington acquired the 263,000-square-foot Class A building at 100 Domain for $46.9 million in 2022, with plans for upgrades, enhancing aesthetics, expanding the fitness center, and introducing Lexie’s to the café.
