NAIDB Arranges Retail Lease and Warehouse Sale in NJ 

Dance studio Planet Dance has relocated to 600 Blvd., with a 3,000 square feet lease. Sheet Metal Works Local Union 22 has acquired a 12,607 square feet manufacturing building at 700 Swenson Dr., for $3.4 million from Alloy Cast Products

Meanwhile, Richard Goski and Catherine Goski-Vasquez represented Alloy Cast Products. “Kenilworth’s access to major road networks has attracted a wide range of local, regional and national industries, all of whom draw from the area’s highly skilled workforce and make it a desired location for retail and industrial tenants,” said David Simon, NAIDB’s chief operating officer.
