NAI Skyway Taps Ashley Thompson as VP in Tampa

Full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm NAI Skyway National Partners has hired Ashley Thompson as vice president of office leasing and investment sales. Thompson has spent the past three years working as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor for CBRE in the Tampa and St. Petersburg area.

In her new role, Thompson will spearhead all office leasing activities for the brokerage firm’s Sarasota office. This includes handling the commercial real estate needs for landlords, corporate tenants and private and institutional clients seeking to enter or expand its presence in the south Florida region. Thompson brings more than seven years of diversified commercial real estate experience to the position.

“Following a relocation to the Sarasota area, I was looking to establish myself with a commercial real estate brokerage firm backed by a global network, while also offering the opportunity to make an immediate and meaningful impact,” said Thompson. “NAI Skyway National Partners provides an inclusive, collaborative and entrepreneurial environment overseen by established real estate professionals that will offer critical mentorship. Further, our partnership with one of the largest privately-held property management firms in the country, Hiffman National, makes this total platform unlike any other privately-held brokerage firm on this side of Florida and allows us to provide a full trifecta of services to our clients requiring leasing, investment sales and institutional level property management expertise.”
