NAI Secures 9K-SF Retail Lease in Houston                 

NAI Partners has arranged a 9,000-square-foot retail lease with Action Behavior Center at Greenwood Place in Houston.

Located at 2174 N FM 3083 Rd., Greenwood Place is a new 18,000-square-foot building with both office and retail space. It sits adjacent to the intersection of Highway 105 and FM 3083.

Jason Gaines of NAI Partners represented the landlord, Greenwood Place LLC, in the transaction. The tenant was represented by Elena Bakina of Colliers International.
