NAI Secures 2K-SF Office Lease in Austin

NAI Partners has secured a 2,102-square-foot office lease with Harm Reduction alliance at a historic converted house located at 1803 E Cesar Chavez St. in Austin.

Located nearby the Austin central business district, the 2,102-square-foot converted home provides proximity to the city without traffic congestion. The Texas Harm Reduction Alliance is an Austin-based, statewide organization that aims to create positive change and reduce the harmful consequences of substance use and misuse in Texas through harm reduction services, training and advocacy.

Todd Mahler of NAI Partners represented the tenant, Harm Reduction, in the transaction. The landlord was represented by Aquila Commercial.
