NAI Robert Lynn Launches Investment Division

NAI Robert Lynn launched a new investment division, and has hired real estate veterans to its executive leadership team. Robert Hoodis has been appointed managing partner of the division, which will oversee acquisitions and investments in North Texas, along with hiring a team of specialists in analytics and business development. Meanwhile, Jim Hancock will serve as senior vice president in the company’s capital markets division.

Hoodis comes to NAI Robert Lynn from his position as principal with Rainier Realty Investments LP. He was also a partner at EDGE Medical Ventures. Hancock was most recently a senior vice president with CMC-Commercial Realty Group, as well as managing director at SVN Commercial Real Estate Advisors.
