NAI Partners Taps Cliff Parker as Senior VP in Houston

NAI Partners, the commercial real estate services business of Partners Real Estate Company, has hired veteran property management leader Cliff Parker as Senior Vice President of Operations for its Property Services Division.

Parker will be based in Houston and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the entirety of NAI Partners’ property management portfolio across Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. Parker was most recently with CBRE, where he oversaw the management of the 310,000-square-foot 3009 Post Oak Blvd. He has also spent time at Stream Realty Partners, where he oversaw a portfolio totaling 3.1 million square feet as well as Hines, where he served as Senior Property Manager.

NAI Partners’ Property Services Division is the 2nd-largest privately-held and independently-owned property services division among commercial real estate services firms headquartered in Houston.
