NAI Partners Selected to Lease 324K-SF Republic Square

Third Palm Capital tapped NAI Partners to handle leasing activities for Republic Square, a 324,000-square-foot office campus in Houston’s Energy Corridor submarket. NAI Partners’ Randy Nerren, Jacob Aldridge and Zach Leger are heading up marketing and leasing efforts, as well as assisting in planning and redevelopment of the 35-acre campus at 13501 Katy Fwy. Boxer Property had the previous leasing assignment.

The Dallas-based Third Palm Capital acquired the campus in 2013, and is in the process of developing long-term plans for the property, which was once home to Exxon Mobil Chemical. Exxon Mobil Chemical consolidated and relocated its workforce to a new campus, near The Woodlands, in 2015.

The owner continues to envision a mixed-use project, which would include a residential and hotel component, in addition to the existing space, which has been converted into incubator and creative office space.
