NAI Partners Opens Shop in Austin

NAI Partners has hung its shingle in Austin, TX, hiring CRE veteran David Dawkins as managing vice president to develop and lead the company expansion. Dawkins’ goal is to build the office, and he plans on hiring 10 more brokers within the next two years. Joining Dawkins are Tim Laine and Ryan Clark.

Dawkins came to NAI from Equitable Commercial Realty, where he helped grow the company’s tenant representation practice. Though the initial goal of the NAI Austin office is to build the brokerage arm, the company will also begin developing and leading other lines of business in Austin that will work in concert with NAI’s Houston operations.
