NAI Partners Negotiates Lease Renewal for 91,000 SF Industrial Property In Jacinto City, TX

NAI Partners has arranged a 91,000-square-foot industrial lease renewal for PK Industrial LLC, at 4800 Fidelity Street in Jacinto City, TX. PK Industrial is a leading provider of passive fireproofing systems, industrial coatings, and tank linings for the oil, gas, petrochemical, aerospace, and commercial & manufacturing industries.

According to a NAI Partner report on the Houston Industrial market for the first two months of the year, the market has recorded 7.5 million square feet of leasing activity, comprised of new leases and renewals, while net absorption (move-ins minus move-outs) is at 3.3 million square feet, up 340% year-over-year from the slower 751,000-square-foot start in 2021.

NAI Partners’ Chris Caudill represented the tenant in the transaction. Eric Hughes with Centermark Commercial Real Estate represented the Landlord.
