NAI Partners Launches Investment Sales Division

NAI Partners has launched its Texas Investment Sales division, recruiting Scott Lunine to lead the effort. Previously regional head of investment sales at Marcus & Millichap in South Florida, Lunine joins the firm to lead and build its Investment Sales offering as EVP, based in Houston.

In the newly created role, Lunine will be responsible for driving the strategic growth and profitability of NAI Partners’ overall investment sales practice across all product lines and geographies.

“We’ve already hit the ground running with key senior hires in our Austin and San Antonio offices, and I intend for us to be the top Investment Sales team in the state of Texas in five years,” said Lunine.

Before Marcus & Millichap, where he doubled the Miami office’s sales revenue in three years and grew its headcount from 29 to 80, Lunine was managing principal of the Southern California division for Waddell & Reed.
