NAI Partners Hires Josh Welch, Todd Mahler & Stephen Wentworth

NAI Partners’ Austin office has expanded by three. Josh Welch is the local office’s first property manager, Stephen Wentworth has been hired as the company’s first Austin retail broker, and Todd Mahler joins the firm’s office project leasing group.

“As part of our overall strategic growth plan, we’ve taken our Austin office from a team of one to almost 10 in less than two years,” said NAI Partners Managing Partner Jon Silberman.

Welch is responsible for management of Marymont Office Park in San Antonio, which was acquired by NAI Partners Investment fund earlier this year. Prior to his current position, Welch was with Kucera Cos. Mahler was also previously employed by Kucera, and joins David Stojanik, whom NAI hired in summer 2017. Wentworth comes to his new job from Foresite Commercial, and will work with retail tenant and landlords, while partnering with NAI Partners Houston’s retail operations.
