NAI Partners Facilitates Sale of 19K-SF Medical Office Building in Pasadena

NAI Partners has arranged the sale of 5040 Crenshaw Rd., an 18,730-square-foot medical office building on nearly two acres in Pasadena, TX. The sales price was not disclosed. The building is currently home to tenant SNS Pasadena, a dialysis center.

Cary Latham and Wyatt Huff of NAI Partners represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction and secured the buyer, an entity sponsored by Pisula Development Company based in The Woodlands.

“The demand for suburban medical office continues to be strong, with both institutional and private investors pursuing deals similar to Crenshaw Medical Plaza,” said Huff, a senior associate in NAI Partners’ Investment Sales Division.
