NAI Partners Brokers Two Land Sales in Waller, TX

NAI Partners has arranged two separate land sales involving 5 Acres and 7.8 Acres of land, in Waller, TX. NAI Partners’ Alex Makris and Jeff Pittman represented the sellers in both transactions. The transaction amount nor plans for the properties were not disclosed.

The 5-acre parcel of land is located at US Hwy 290 & Field Store Road. The seller in the transaction is Field Store Land Development, LLC The 7.8-acre parcel of land is located at the corner of FM 2920 and Hempstead Highway. The seller in the transaction is John F. Winslow and the buyer is CN Real estate Investments, LLC, which was represented by Paul Cates of Finishes Real Estate.

This land sale comes on the heels of NAI’s recent lease of three industrial leases for Killam Development at Sharyland Business Park located in McAllen, TX.

Erik Hamilton, who has more than 15 years in CRE journalism, is a former staff writer with the Los Angeles Times and the Orange County Business Journal.
