NAI Partners Brokers Sale of 21K-SF Warehouse in Missouri City

NAI Partners has arranged the sale of 1560 Industrial Dr., a 21,000-square-foot. industrial building on more than an acre in Missouri City, TX. The sales price was not disclosed.

Cary Latham and Wyatt Huff of NAI Partners represented the seller, TJD Properties Inc., in the transaction. David Buescher of JLL represented the buyer, Wolf Capital Partners. NAI Partners is the commercial real estate services business of Partners Real Estate Company.

“The Southwest Houston Industrial Market continues to garner immense attention, and this particular building’s configuration made it especially desirable to investors and tenants alike,” said Cary Latham, Vice President at NAI Partners’ Investment Sales Division.
